Ramadia Ran Mal Holiday Resort, Moratuwa

My experience at this resort was unfortunately marred by poor service. While the location is convenient and the amenities seemed promising, the service I encountered was unacceptable. I had high hopes for a relaxing stay, but rude staff and long wait times for service overshadowed everything else.

I had a disappointing experience at Ramadia Ranmal Hotel. While the wedding food was good and the cake tasted great, the service was unhelpful, and the venue was unprepared, which added stress to our special day. Additionally, we encountered a major issue with a fly in the food during a family dinner, which was quite off-putting. It's a mixed bag for the hotel; the food was nice, but the overall experience was far from what we expected.
